We urgently request your support in a grave situation concerning a 14-year-old boy, an 8-year-old girl, and their father. The father, after forcing the young girl into a mental health institution to manipulate her feelings towards him, has coerced her into returning to his custody. He has threatened her with never seeing her mother should she disobey him. The boy, on the other hand, chooses to remain institutionalized rather than live with his father after having also been forcibly institutionalized.

In a recent court proceeding, the mother underwent a torturous four-day ordeal in which vital evidence supporting their case was overlooked by the judge. Despite the 14-year-old boy's courageous attempt to contribute to the proceedings by writing a letter to the judge, this was dismissed without a glance. Regrettably, Judge Cheryl McCally (Thomas) has turned down every plea made by the mother, including the refusal to admit pivotal evidence such as the children's medical and school records. Moreover, an essential witness acquainted with the children and knowledgeable of their history of physical and sexual abuse was also disallowed.
