MENTAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN WAS NOT CONSIDERED
Their father would not give permission for them to have any mental health evaluations and per Colorado law, both parents must consent. One son’s mental health evaluation was cancelled today due to non-compliance by father.
Also, the children were never granted a CLR Child Legal Representative in the matter, as the father denied the request and court granted his objection.
The reasonings? This is not a custody case-it is just a registration of a foreign decree custody order from Japan- a country friendly with the USA.
