Now, we need you again. A new bill, SB0044, has been introduced—and it poses harmful threats to our work, our families, and our communities. This bill risks limiting access to community-based doulas and continues the harmful push to regulate, commercialize, and control birth work without centering the voices of those most impacted.
We cannot allow SB0044 to pass.
