The "Tennessee Maternal Health Equity Advisory Committee Act” Is sponsored by Senator Lamar London (Shelby) & co-sponsored by Representative Harold Love Jr. (Davidson). The bill was introduced on January 25, 2024, as it passed on Second Consideration. We are set to present this bill to the Senate Government Operations Committee tentatively early next week!
