Can you see the native bee sleeping in the chaparral mallow flower? This is one of the benefits of planting native plants, we create habitat for our native bees! 

We need to keep circulating this petition to get more signatures. Please send this petition to any persons (ages 18+) who live in the City of Los Angeles. Los Angeles has 15 council districts and we need people from ALL the CDs to sign this petition.

Kids can also help support the petition by creating a drawing of LA as a Bee City and parents can send it in to their councilmember with a note saying the entire family supports this initiate.
