The Rule of Law.

The Rule of Law, in its most basic form, is the principle that no one is above the law. The principle is intended to be a safeguard against arbitrary governance, whether by a totalitarian leader or by mob rule. Thus, the rule of law is hostile both to dictatorship and to anarchy. The Government in South Africa have failed to recognize the Constitution. They stated this publicly. They have failed to recognize Human Rights and The Rule of Law. They have failed to know the difference between matters for; The States interest and the Public interest. The above also applies to the case of Oscar Pistorius; the trial, parole - correctional supervision and the upcoming appeal. * What about Oscars Human Rights? * What about Oscars Constitutional Rights?
