WILL YOU ASK YOUR FRIENDS TO SIGN OUR PETITION? In particular the recent events that surround other accused that seem to be treated as a protected species and have more rights than Oscar! WE CONDEMN THE ACTION TAKEN BY THE JUSTICE MINISTER in the matter of the suspension parole of Oscar Pistorius. A petition is a collection of signatures from people supporting our issue. The petition will be presented to decision-makers that have the power to create the change we demand. A petition drive is the method we use to collect your signature in support of our protest. By signing the petition, our aim is to influence others to implement, change or cancel the regulation we take action. We believe this petition will; 1. Heighten community awareness. 2. Demonstrate widespread community and international support for the changes we seek in the case of Oscar Pistorius. 3. We demand that the last minute decision made by the Justice Minister on 19 August to be incorrect and therefore is to reversed with immediate effect. "What are we trying to accomplish?" and "Who is the petition aimed at". Our aims are to persuade the Justice Minister with the Department of Correctional Services and the Parole Board to reinstate Oscars correctional supervision in accordance the original Judgement made by the High Court on 21st October 2014 and the decision made by the Parole Board on June 5th, 2015 to release Oscar Pistorius under correctional supervision on 21st August 2015. The Justice Minister reneged on the decision to release Oscar making many unsatisfactory and unsubstantiated excuses that are deemed political interferences before the law they are not acceptable and raises many questions for example; * All are equal before the law except Oscar, Why? * We believe Oscars Human Rights have been violated? WE OBJECT. TAKE ACTION TODAY AND SIGN THE PETITION. LINK: Follow this link to sign the petition. >>>
