The vulnerable adult(my daughter now 24) is now back in Florida where both parents reside( The Father moved back after leaving our daughter in Georgia).The biological father discarded her for a year with an  ex wife who neglected, mistreated and exploited her as well. Reports have been made and we are praying there is accountability around our Florida laws. Contact was made after 6 years, but the Father has continued to blocked access to healthy relationships successfully using undue influence, isolation, identity misrepresentation, manipulation of dependence, emotional abuse, and coercive control. The maternal side of both family and friends continue to reach out in every way to love, protect, and allow her to flourish in safe stable environments. The Father also has her residing in an automechanic business shop as a residence.
