We’ve reached 35 signatures on the petition to adopt the “Plan to Improve Government Transparency & Public Access”—and every single one sends a message: the people of Lawrenceville want a city government that is open, accessible, and accountable.

This plan matters.

It would allow residents—whether home with kids, working late, ill, without transportation, or at a church event—to still witness how decisions are being made on their behalf. Livestreaming and recording meetings gives everyone access to the full picture—not just the filtered version found in meeting minutes.

Let’s be honest:
📝 Minutes are helpful—but they’re not enough.
They leave out important tone, context, and back-and-forth discussions that shape our city's future.

📣 If you haven’t yet:
👉 Sign & share the petition: https://www.change.org/LvilleGovTransparency

✅ If you’ve already signed:
Please reach out to your representative on the council and ask them to support this plan.
Not sure who your alderman is? Message me—I’ll help you find out.

Together, we can raise the standard for transparency in Lawrenceville.
