We’ve reached 35 signatures on the petition to adopt the “Plan to Improve Government Transparency & Public Access”—and every single one sends a message: the people of Lawrenceville want a city government that is open, accessible, and accountable.

This plan matters.

It would allow residents—whether home with kids, working late, ill, without transportation, or at a church event—to still witness how decisions are being made on their behalf. Livestreaming and recording meetings gives everyone access to the full picture—not just the filtered version found in meeting minutes.

Let’s be honest:
