Since Snow Property Services has started managing Adobe Gardens, our HOA has lost money due to proper improper management. Recently, they approved work on our Pump Station by a contracter, Watermasters, although we already had a contractor in place, Phoenix Pumps, and this company had warranted our system. Now, Watermasters has destroyed the wiring in our pump station and the HOA is going to ask for a Special Assessment to increase our dues. This does not need to happen as we have had cost savings in our community and our monies are not being managed properly.

In addition, our current Management Company is running rampant with violations and not giving opportunity for violations to cease. Several have had their trash cans removed and vehicles towed without warning. Some individuals in the community are also "overlooked" as far as towing is concerned as they know the board members.

Our current HOA has not been audited for over 8 years going back to the previous management company. In other words, we do not officially know where our money is going and are not sent newsletters or updates.

This petition will also recall the current HOA board members as they have allowed all of this to happen and are not working for the interest of the community.

We will need 2/3 majority to pass this resolution. As soon as we can pass it, we will hold a meeting and institute a company who will work towards positive change and raise our property values without Draconian violation tactics.
