Help to stop proposed Oil Manufacturing plant from being built at Bringelly Road Business Hub located in Western Sydney Parklands.

Location: Lot 10 Bringelly Road, Horningsea Park 

This development cannot be defined as a Light Industry as is claimed in the submission, and is against the intended use of the land.

This site will be manufacturing & storage will include

• Aerosols - 35,000 Litres
• Combustible Liquid- 1,066,025 Litres 
• Hitec 3062   - 615 Litres
• Hydrochloric Acid - 400 Litres
• Caustic Soda Liquid  - 400 Litres

The data has been taken from existing site operations with allowance for a level of inventory growth into the future.

It poses a serious risk to the local community, our health & environment.

Air quality, smell, vapour, dangerous VOCs ( volatile organic compounds) spread , bushfire prone zone, traffic noise, increase of oil tankers, & just storage of petro chemicals in our area is NOT ON.

The Western Sydney Parklands is surrounded by homes, child cares, schools, and this type of industry should not be built here.

For all residents of West Hoxton, Hoxton Park, Horningsea Park, Leppington, Carnes Hill, ,Edmonson Park, Prestons, Austral, and other surrounding & new estates which are being built , stand up & let your voice be heard.

Liverpool City Council are totally against it and have objected to it , however Nulon Oils applied directly to NSW State Goverment via a State Significant Development (SSD) to build this development.

Not many residents have been informed , and hence the reason behind the Facebook Group.
