Addison, Texas says that I need to get over it. They ignore my requests to remove their gag order.

Update: 4/23/26
The Town of Addison, Texas (Addison) continues to tell me that I need to get over it. They ignore my requests for them to remove their gag order. They say it must remain in place to protect the men and their image.
When I first began speaking publicly about five years ago, despite Addison's gag order, Addison lied and told citizens and community members that it was not their lawsuit and that Bill Hawley, who is currently their Director of General Services, was only deposed because he was Assistant Fire Chief at the time. I sued the Town of Addison, Texas, for sexual harassment, hostile work environment, sex discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. The lawsuit is hidden from the public because Addison has a gag order on me.
After I posted a copy of the lawsuit as proof, Addison changed their story, saying they were only defendants and that their attorney was not defending the case. They lied again. Addison's attorney is arguing their case against me, claiming I "lack changing dynamics," meaning the men believed I was ditzy.
After I posted copies of my depositions where Addison's attorney is clearly trying to prove their illegal claim that I am ditzy and incapable of forming connections like a man, they are choosing to remain silent. They know they have been caught in their lies.
The Town of Addison, Texas, lost summary judgment with the federal judge in my case. Addison tried to have my case dropped, but the judge ruled in my favor, saying that all my claims were valid and that there was enough evidence to go to trial. Addison has worked hard to silence me, but no more. They threatened to fine me, including jail, if I ever told the community what they did to me.
