Our teams at RISE and BTSI have been working hard preparing the situational analysis (the results of our country-wide research) which we will present to the Ugandan Parliament.  More on this soon!

As we work on this report, Daniel and Julie have been doing their best to support acid attack survivors in Uganda.  Last week, Daniel received a phone call from the father of Joel, a six year old boy who Daniel and Julie met in Mbale, Uganda while doing research earlier this year.  Joel's father explained that he would like Joel to be evaluated for surgery on the scar on the side of his nose.  Joel's family does not have the money to travel to Kampala to be evaluated, so we are asking you to help us make this happen for Joel.
