I met with a member of Uganda's parliament, Pius Owakabi, to discuss the need for the bill.  He is interested in working with us to bring this to parliament, which is so good.  Please, I kindly request your support in getting more signatures, as this will be important for members of parliament to see at our next meeting. 

Some of you have asked me how else you can support survivors.  One of the best ways is to support their craft businesses by shopping at our online stores. Many acid attack survivors in Uganda struggle financially and it will help them a lot if you can support their craft businesses.
