Aria has been a close friend of mine for years, someone who has always supported me through thick and thin. Being part of the group means a lot to him and would open up countless opportunities to grow and connect with like-minded individuals. However, the obstacle lies in Mammad Noroozi's refusal to approve his membership, which I believe is both unjustified and unfair.

Aria has always demonstrated exceptional skills and a willingness to contribute positively to our community. He is a team player, with a track record of helping others and working collaboratively to achieve common goals. Despite this, his application to join the group remains in limbo due to one person's decision, preventing him from fully realizing his potential and from sharing his talents with us.

It seems unreasonable for a single individual to have such overwhelming authority, especially when the majority of current group members believe that Aria's inclusion would be beneficial. Aria's exclusion not only limits his personal growth but also deprives our group of the fresh perspectives and enthusiasm he brings.

Thus, we propose a new, fairer method of approving group memberships that takes into account the opinions of more members, not just one. Possibly implementing a voting system or a membership committee could ensure that everyone has a voice, and decisions are based on the interests of the whole group rather than arbitrary denial by a single person.

For those of us who know Aria, we feel this change is necessary and would only strengthen the group's effectiveness and cohesion. We need to stand together to amend this process and make it one that is inclusive, democratic, and focused on the growth and success of all members.

Please sign this petition to bring about a fair process in accepting new members and ensure that Aria can join our community, contributing to its future achievements and positive environment. Your support can make a difference.
