I’ve heard some people around campus be confused as to the intent of the petition and I wanted to clear the air.

The intent of this petition is NOT to replace Chick-Fil-A with a Panda Express. This merely to add a Panda Express to Havener. Unfortunately, something will have to be removed to place it. I have two proposals for that. The first is that Build Pizza is removed. As part of the meal plan, we as students has access to Papa John’s delivery, which is arguably better than Build Pizza. The second option is to place the Panda Express where Au Bon Pain used to be. That location is currently empty and would allow the town to be able to access the Panda Express, but it is in an inconvenient location for students living on campus.

Again, this petition DOES NOT intend to remove Chick-Fil-A
