Updated to Include All Victims of Human Rights Related Workplace Discrimination

SABRE Action Group is updating the petition to lobby public support for federal legislation to allow direct access to the courts system for all victims of human rights related workplace discrimination and change the legal Framework laid down by provincial laws and the Supreme Court of Canada in Weber V Ontario Hydro 1995, and now Northern Regional Health Authority v. Horrocks, 2021, which stipulates mandatory arbitration.
