Hey, all. The genome-editing technology known as CRISPR has received a positive review from a European Medicines Agency's committee. The European Commission will make the final decision, likely early next year, but almost always follows the EMA committee's guidance. 

This act will save millions of lives who are dying from sickle cell disease and beta Thalassemia, so that they can live longer lives. 

I am very mind-blown by this breakthrough that science has to offer to cure my condition.
