Grazie al supporto e ai suggerimenti della community, abbiamo migliorato e reso più incisivo il testo legale della petizione. Abbiamo inserito la denuncia esplicita sul blocco della ricerca, dell'innovazione e del Diritto alla Riparazione (Right to Repair) per tutti quei beni che in Europa non vengono prodotti (come la componentistica elettronica e i ricambi speciali).
Inoltre, da oggi la descrizione è disponibile anche in lingua inglese per permettere a tutti i cittadini, maker e consumatori europei di firmare e supportare la battaglia. Cambiare questa legge assurda è possibile solo unendo le forze in tutta la UE. Continuiamo a condividere il link ovunque!

Nell'immagine potete vedere la risposta ufficiale che ho ricevuto dal Mediatore Europeo. Le istituzioni hanno confermato che il Mediatore non ha il potere di intervenire poiché si tratta di un atto legislativo (una legge approvata) e non di un errore amministrativo degli uffici. Questo dimostra che la via burocratica individuale è sbarrata: solo una mobilitazione collettiva tramite questa petizione può costringere la Commissione Europea a cambiare la norma!

Thanks to the community's support and feedback, we have upgraded the legal text of our petition to make it much stronger. We have included a formal complaint on how this duty halts scientific research, innovation, and the Right to Repair for hundreds of thousands of goods not manufactured within the EU (such as electronic components and niche spare parts).
Furthermore, the petition description is now available in English to allow all European citizens, makers, and consumers to sign and support this cause. Reversing or revising this unfair flat tax is only possible if we stand together across the EU. Please keep sharing the link everywhere!

In the attached image, you can see the official response I received from the European Ombudsman. The institutions confirmed that the Ombudsman lacks the mandate to intervene because this is a legislative act (an approved law) rather than an administrative error by public offices. This proves that individual bureaucratic channels are blocked: only collective mobilization through this petition can force the European Commission to revise the regulation!
