Our laws specifically state against unlawful seizure. Yet child support is acting above those laws thanks to the Bradley Amendment. Granting the government over-reach to confiscate property such as your home and vehicle;  revoke licenses and garnish wages without representation in the court. Debilitated the parents and making them unable to support the children they claim they are acting in behalf of. 

It is also a violation of state rights, preventing states from making fair laws that work with both parents on child support, and the repayment or forgiveness of back pay.

This law puts parents at the mercy of the other parent to forgive debt and puts them wrongfully in a position of power over the other parents access to their children.
