Desperate to stay alive, TCA seeks to insert itself into Orange County Public Works' and OCTAs' arterial highway construction. We must support Senator Pat Bates' bill to focus TCA on paying down its debt and dissolving. It must not be allowed to suck more tax money through "development fees" for roads it will never build.
