The Outrage Continues

Since the defeat of AB382, which would have forced TCA to pay down its bond debts as it was created to do, and promised to do, and consistently fails to do, it has bulled forward, emboldened, with route proposals and backroom schemes to keep itself alive and its staffer paid.

  Time to renew our efforts. This out of control agency cannot be allowed to deceive and disserve the public in perpetuity.
