We have prepared a petition to the Federal Government for an enquiry into AFCA. AFCA are a sham organisation created by the banks after the Hayne Royal Commission into the misconduct of the financial services sector (including banks) to provide a paid protection racket to the banks and other financial institutions. They almost always rule in favour of the financial institution despite overwhelming evidence of misconduct and theft.
