It has been almost one year since our beloved son, brother, husband, father, and friend Nate Lindstrom died by suicide. As many of you know, Nate was a childhood victim of sexual assault and abuse by Norbertines priests while a student at Notre Dame High School. Since his death we have been comforted, encouraged, and humbled by the support and outrage of Nate's fellow alumni and others who have organized and called for justice for Nate and his fellow survivors of clergy sexual abuse in the State of Wisconsin. They are demanding that Norbertine and Diocese of Green Bay church officials be held accountable for the documented actions which led to Nate’s wrongful death.
On Sunday, March 7th, we are asking you to rally with us to celebrate Nate's life, thank his many supporters, and renew our call for change by launching in Nate's name and memory a new statewide initiative for justice and accountability for survivors of abuse in faith-based organizations called "NatesMission.org"
Nate's Mission is simple - to fulfill his desire to stop clergy abuse, expose the cover up of these crimes, and bring justice and healing to survivors, their families, and the church.
