I want to share something from me, not just as someone fighting an injustice, but as a mum.
Watching your child suffer because a system failed to understand his neurodivergence is a pain I wouldn’t wish on anyone. Tristan is a gentle, vulnerable young man who reached breaking point, and instead of being supported, he was misunderstood and punished. No mother should have to stand by and watch that happen.
Every signature on this petition tells me we’re not alone. Every share reminds me that people still care about fairness, compassion, and protecting those who can’t always protect themselves. Your support is helping me keep going on days when the weight of it all feels unbearable.
We’re pushing forward with his appeal, working with solicitors to make sure the full truth of his autistic burnout is finally recognised. This matters not just for Tristan, but for every neurodivergent person who has ever been misread, dismissed, or treated harshly for something they couldn’t control.
If you can share the petition again, or ask one more person to sign, it truly helps. You’re helping a mother fight for her son’s future.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for standing with us.
