I want to warn everyone reading this: what’s written in child protection files (like CPIN records) isn’t always the truth. In my case, I discovered that Hamilton CAS (HCFS) workers were inflating my risk level behind the scenes. Here’s how they do it:

🔹 They create inflated “risk assessments” even when they’ve barely met with you.

🔹 They leave out evidence that proves your innocence or stability (like court orders, medical support letters, or clean records).

🔹 They write things in CPIN that sound official—but are based only on hearsay, not facts.

🔹 Then they use their own internal notes as “proof” in court—even though the facts are wrong or intentionally exaggerated.

They made it look like I was a danger to my child, even though I raised him for five years with no issues, and I have full custody of my other children with no criminal history.

💥 The truth: their version of my “risk” was manufactured. Not because of facts—but because I challenged them, filed complaints, and spoke up.

This system isn’t just flawed—it’s being used to rewrite stories about good parents and silence those who fight back.
