At the 20,000 mark, I will write a direct email to our Minister of Law, Mr K Shanmugam, to draw his attention to this petition as well as to make clear our call for tougher laws to be enacted against animal abusers.  The current law is severely lacking...

Mr Shanmugam is already an addressee of this petition, but we believe a direct email will better bring the matter to the forefront.
