Thank you to everyone who signed the petition to retire Bobby Staak's Darien High School basketball jersey number 21.  Thanks also to those who contributed their time and money to tell the story and to raise awareness of Bob's accomplishments.  The first level goal of 100 signatures was reached in one day and we are now well on our way to 200 signatures!  This is proof that Bob's accomplishments in and contributions to the sport of basketball are extraordinary.  To see his jersey hanging from the rafters of the Darien High School gym will be an inspiration to youth basketball players for generations to come.
