There are several patients suffering from heart disease, neural abnormality and many other problems which can become worse for the extreme noise of firecrackers. Apart from pollution the sudden explosion of fire crackers are responsible for many health problems including hearing damage, mental disturbances.

 The worst victims of this 'sound festival' are street animals. Dogs can hear 4 times more than us, so there pain is really unimaginable.

This Diwali using of loud sound firecrackers are seen in  various places including streets, markets and even beside Hospitals in Kolkata, and its surroundings. Many of them got arrested, but this is not enough to stop this disturbing way of celebrate a festival. 

The scenario is same in other parts of West Bengal, though this is a punishable offense by law but effective measures are not strictly. Situation is getting miserable.

We should take emergency step to make West Bengal a peaceful, clean, place. 

Govt. should strictly ban the selling of this things, and during festivals there should be vigilance in every corner of the city and suburbs.
