Mother Sentanced to 30 days Confinement for Refusing to Put a Jacket on her Child

This mother has 260 violations of her visits missed by the father. She brought this petition to the court. In response the Father's counsel brought a petition to try to incarcerate her based on false accusations. Although she agreed to a suspension of commitment after being coerced by attorneys to avoid criminal prosecution, a final order regarding this was put in place that did not reflect the MSA. A judge did not hear the merits. Now a Judge has had his hand forced to sentance this mother to 30 days in jail for sending ONE text message, ONE email, and false accusations by a professional supervisor. This 'professional' gets her money from abusive attorneys. This mother told her the child did not need a jacket, because the mother knew her baby was already double layered and outside for 5 minutes. Ask the Texas State Legislature to take power from attorneys and not let them coerce clients to sign 'Agreements' without having the merits or facts of the case first heard by the court.
