I'll focus on the positives to begin with.
We're getting traction! We've passed 4000 signatures and we have been noticed, with both Channel 7 and Yahoo News wanting to get more information from me. So far Channel 7 has posted to their news page and FB .
Sadly there has also been some bad news. Since this petition went live, there was another release that was botted into oblivion. Many of you wouldn't know about the release because it never went live. Botters were able to access the back end of the KMart website and purchase 5000 units of Ascended Heroes Focused fighters before they were even listed on KMart's webpage.
The KMart response of “We don’t provide details of our technological safeguards, as doing so could undermine those controls." Doesn't exactly hold water when product can be completely sold out before being available to the public.
If we're going to have any luck beating what can only be called a plague on our hobby, I'll ask for you to spread the link to the petition as wide as you can. Comment on the Channel 7 news FB page to raise visibility and if you have the time, contact KMart though either e-mail or their FB page.
Finally I want to thank all of you for the support you've shown so far.
