In the light of recent  child abuse and sexual misconducts by the leadership, we demand the following petition:

1. Immediate suspension of all accused leaders for child abuse and sexual misconduct, with strict accountability.

2. Affirming GBC as the ultimate managing authority and executing all proceedings made by the GBC to this date and in the future.

3. Structural reform through equal representation and democratic participation in the AGM.

Our Appeal:

We submit this petition in a mood of service—not conflict. Our desire is to see ISKCON Nepal become an even stronger, safer, more transparent, and more accountable spiritual community where devotees, especially women and children, are protected, where leadership inspires confidence, and where the authority of the GBC is faithfully honored.

नेतृत्व तहमा हालै सार्वजनिक भएका बाल शोषण तथा यौन दुराचारका घटनाहरूको सन्दर्भमा, हामी निम्न मागहरू प्रस्तुत गर्दछौंः

१. बाल दुर्व्यवहार तथा यौन दुराचारका आरोप लागेका सबै नेताहरूलाई तत्काल निलम्बन गरियोस् र कडा जवाफदेहिता सुनिश्चित गरियोस्।

२. जीबीसी (GBC) लाई संस्थाको सर्वोच्च व्यवस्थापकीय निकायका रूपमा औपचारिक रूपमा स्थापित गर्दै, जीबीसीद्वारा हालसम्म गरिएका तथा भविष्यमा गरिने सबै निर्णय र कार्यवाहीहरू पूर्ण रूपमा कार्यान्वयन गरियोस्।

३. एजीएम (AGM) मा समान प्रतिनिधित्व र लोकतान्त्रिक सहभागिता सुनिश्चित गर्दै संस्थागत संरचनामा सुधार गरियोस्।

हामी यो निवेदन विरोध वा द्वन्द्वको भावनाले होइन, सेवाभावका साथ प्रस्तुत गरिरहेका छौँ। हाम्रो हार्दिक चाहना इस्कोन नेपाल अझ बलियो, सुरक्षित, पारदर्शी र उत्तरदायी आध्यात्मिक संस्था बनोस्, जहाँ प्रत्येक भक्त—विशेष गरी महिला तथा बालबालिका सुरक्षित महसुस गरून्, नेतृत्वप्रति विश्वास कायम रहोस्, र GBC को सर्वोच्च अधिकार तथा मार्गदर्शनलाई पूर्ण सम्मानका साथ पालन गरियोस्।
