As you can see - the word firmament doesn't mean anything to do with "dome"- I'm not sure where everyone got it from. Actually I do - as usual, nobody bothered to look or read the material themselves they just heard the word - they heard some jackass say it and they repeated it mindlessly without double checking to see if the person was lying or stupid. In fact, that person was both lying and stupid. 

God and the Dome have NOTHING to do with one another.
