It happened to FIVE times, by our criminal officials of Lane County!! the first time I ran it was in 2003 for Lane County College Board! I got %48.9, Then, every time they gave me %25.. in 2012 I ran for County Commissioner seat. I found out later the criminal officials have changed my first score of %48.9 to less than %30!! See how much corruptions & criminality we have in Oregon!!
