It's so sad watching/reading nearly every day how another animal has been abused or died due to neglect/abuse and what makes it worse is the fact most of them only get a few months ban on keeping another. I'm not asking for them to be locked up and the key thrown away but surely!! A lifetime ban is a must!?? Of course all circumstances are different but the plain and simple abuse of any animal is wrong and must be stopped. this ban will not bring back or help any animal that has unfortunately suffered already but can definitely stop the person from ever doing it again to another!
