However, so is judicial RESTRAINT.  Let us appoint judges to the court, based on their KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW, THEIR FITNESS FOR THE POSITION AND THEIR FAIRNESS. Let us stray away from appointing judges to the court based on THEIR IDEOLOGY ALONE.
