As an avid gamer with limited time, it feels demeaning to devote great amounts of precious time and financial resources buying the yearly releases of Call of Duty games and investing hours of gameplay to unlock competitive weapons. Unlike other battle royal games that utilize ground loot only, Call of Duty: Warzone requires players to engage in daily weapon grinds, which is particularly off-putting for casual gamers like myself.

Having all weapons and attachments automatically unlocked in Call of Duty: Warzone would greatly enhance the gaming experience, encouraging fairer competition and rewarding skill rather than time investment. In 2020, over 75 million players joined the Warzone, but a considerable fraction of these players could potentially be deterred from continuing due to this grind-oriented model. It doesn't have to be this way; other popular gaming franchises have thrived with a user-friendly model that respects the player's time and commitment.

We call upon Activision and Infinity Ward to adjust their model and unlock all weapons and attachments in Call of Duty: Warzone.
