Starting around 31:87, Councillor Dasko refers to his door-to-door Community Consultation Survey ... What was the result of his Survey ??? Why was another survey conducted by the OHHA Board ??? Why was the OHHA Board Survey conducted "in-house" by a Board Member, instead of by an outside neutral third party with experience conducting surveys on Active Transportation infrastructure (e.g. as employed in the City of Mississauga Cycling Master Plan) ??? Why were concerns raised about serious "flaws" in the in-house OHHA Bridge Survey neither acknowledged, addressed, nor taken into account, by the OHHA Board and Councillor Dasko, BEFORE putting the 2018 funded and 2019 scheduled Bridge installation "on hold indefinitely" (e.g. NO Information Sessions were conducted by OHHA, Councillor Dasko, or the tasked Mississauga City Staff, PRIOR to conducting the OHHA Bridge Survey) ??? How could a 9% "majority" AGAINST the Bridge in the OHHA Bridge Survey Report have been taken at face value, when 19% of respondents were "Not aware" of the proposed bridge and 10% were "Not sure", undoubtedly due to the lack of information available PRIOR to conducting the OHHA Bridge Survey ???
