The battle continues between helpless, voiceless #flamingos and Powerful #builders.
Right now builder seems to be winning with CIDCO filing SLP in Supreme Court to support the private builder. CIDCO MD had gone to the extent of giving in writing to MCZMA in January 2017 that these are not Wetland opening them up for destruction. The only hope is assurance by Environment Minister Shri Aaditya Thackeray Ji to protect these Wetlands in a meeting held on 27th January 2020.
Let's see who wins the final battle.
