This Juvenile Flamingo, with a broken leg, yet continuing with its life, by jumping on one leg, reflects the true spirit of Mumbai city, never to give up in the face of adversities.
Unfortunately, the beautiful wetlands in Navi Mumbai, near NRI Complex and the Training ship Chanakya, are being excluded from the Wetlands list to fill it up to make way for a Golf course. Navi Mumbai does not need another golf course, and the one in existence is hardly used. Please give your support & file your objections with the State Government, and request all your contacts to support this cause for protection of the last of our bird-rich wetland sites. @adityathackeray
