Gandhi Jayanti is a national festival celebrated in India to mark the occasion of the birthday of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. It is celebrated on 2nd October.
We want to celebrate this day by creating awareness about Environment destruction in our area & importance of Mangroves & Wetlands of Palm Beach Road , Nerul , Navi Mumbai & CIDCO's plan to handover these natural resources to a private builder.
We plan to hold a peaceful March from NRI phase 2 gate 2 to Entry gate of Talawe wetlands & mangroves opposite venkatesh towers .
