Konkan Wetland Grievance Redressal Committee directed The CIDCO to restore the waterbody back to its original position by removing the debris from the site in its meeting held on 21/12/2017. However the report submitted by DCF, Mangrove Cell dated 4/4/2018 placed before the Hon'ble High Court in the matter of PIL 58/2018 makes it very clear that debris were not removed upto 28th March 2018.
