UPDATE 12/7/2016 JUDGE'S DECISION The judge gave special emphasis to the risk of manipulation of the process. Investigations are ongoing. URIBE NOGUERA DECLARES HIMSELF INNOCENT The architect, held accountable for the torture, abuse, rape and murder of the 7-year-old girl, pleaded not guilty.
