I called the lawyer twice and never heard back from him. 

I've been texting and calling baron but haven't received an answer as to whether he spoke with him or not. (To be far. I work days and sleep nights, Baron sleeps daytime and works nights).

I went to see Bentley as it's Friday and got there at 4pm. I've been there before when they're gone on an emergency call and they have a sign stating just that. 

Today was different... the gone on an emergency call sign was not posted. Instead there was a sign that read CLOSED and the door was locked. 

I called Mt.Juliet Animal Control twice and both times went unanswered. You could hear people inside and initially I thought it was volunteers in there but there were no vehicles in the parking lot aside from the ACO's on duty. 

I called a 3rd time and spoke to someone on dispatch who said they believed AC was on a call. 

The shelter officially closed at 5:30pm. 

I left at 5:35-5:40pm after leaving a post it on the door that I'd been there to see Bentley and was unable too, please call me if I can come back and see him. 

I didn't hear from them. 

This is unacceptable in my opinion. 

I am permitted to see Bentley on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays between 4-5pm.

I saw him Wednesday and since this is a day to day nightmare, I do not feel that I can confirm he's alive or not. 

The CLOSED sign is what bothers me most. I have never seen this sign before. And I'm worried about the welfare of Bentley. 

And I have no one to call cause now it's after hours and they won't be open again until Monday. 

SIGH* is an understatement at this moment.
