I have sent Y'Vette Darth numerous requests to appeal the sentence handed down to Gary Brabham, on the grounds it was manifestly inadequate and fell well below community expectations. 43'300 voices reacted instantly by signing this petition, yet at no time has Y'Vette Darth ever responded to our requests, EVER! Now it turns out that Gary Brabham himself has lodged an appeal against his conviction. The Queensland Government has a lot to answer for regarding this debacle, a debacle which brings into question the very integrity of not only the Government but the whole Queensland Justice System, a debacle which will reverberate right throughout the electorates of Queensland! To simply ignore 43'000 voices smacks of the very same Apathetic Arrogance displayed by Gary Brabham himself!
