Wow! What a response so far. The response from the Speech Pathology community, and those in support of us, is a testament to how vital our services are within the Australian community. It is also a testament to how deeply our livelihoods and services will be impacted if these changes occur on July 1st 2025.

We have rallied 4692 signatures in support of:

1. Saying NO to the proposed continuation of our hourly price freeze in the NDIS space
2. Saying NO to the proposed 50% reduction of our NDIS travel rate 

We have not yet seen a public campaign involving the Speech Pathology community from our Governing Body (Speech Pathology Australia), so is it imperative to gain more traction on this petition.

Call to action:

• Share with your loved ones, friends and social media communities
• Talk about this issue and help people to understand the impact of these changes
• Help people to understand the impact of these changes on our livelihoods, and the impact for our clients

The time to act is NOW. This matter is URGENT with the imminent release of the 2025 to 2026 pricing arrangements due any day now.
