Today, December 15, I attended the HOA meeting. The 4S Ranch HOA and the SD County Rep had a close door negotiation before they let us in. When we were let in the 4S Ranch HOA informed the Friends of the library that negotiations are in place for the lease of the property and that the details cannot be disclosed. They assured us that negotiations are positive and no further action or help from the community is required at this point. Negotiations will continue, no resolution or agreement has been reached yet. I want to thank the over 200 people that have signed this petition. I will keep this petition open until an agreement is reached so please keep spreading the support for the library expansion project. Abigail
