Both the shelters and the authorities failed 323 animals and turned their heads to the theft, cruelty and killing.

Justice For 318 page update on the protest and investigation reports:

"Thank you again to everyone who came out to the protest. Here are some pictures of the protest as well as a picture of Colten’s former shop where 323 animals were tortured. It was heart breaking seeing the shop.
We were able to obtain a copy of the police report from AJPD and learned some interesting things from the report and one of our supporters. The biggest two being that:
1) Tucson Police Department did a very poor job on their investigation and closed it. The level of redaction in the report was a joke. Apparently Tucson mayor Regina Romero and city council are ok with animal killers getting away with animal abuse and fraud in her city. Remember these people on Election Day and ask yourself If you are ok with how they are responding to this and other situations.

2) The Humane Society of Southern Arizona is still employing a liar and lying themselves. They said they supported our efforts to bringing justice then lied and said several employees spoke to AJPD. One person from HSSA spoke to them, which was Michelle Kleckner, liar extraordinaire. She repeated the trope of Steve Farley and Christian Gonzalez that Colten sent the animals back because of death threats, she lied about the animals returned, and she also lied that her involvement was minimal. She looked volunteers in the eyes and said the private rescue was a great family and she had been over their house many times. She is supposedly a certified animals welfare person. Terri Flores never returned any of the Police’s messages. All of this makes one wonder was it true support or lip service? I think the answer is somewhat clear. Not sure how HSSA, who has a $1.2 million dollar line of credit at this point, plans to restore their reputation while continuing to lie and employ someone who is covering up this crime and lying to police.

We have several things In the works based on Info obtained In Apache Junction. We will share more about those Items when we can.
We are planning a Saturday protest in San Diego in March. Let us know either by commenting or DM if you would be interested in attending.
