San Diego Humane Society unethically put 318 animals in harms way sending them out of state.  Why did they think it was OK to put a Mom and her 3 day old babies through the stress of this move?

"My name is Julieta. I’m not very old but I became a mom on August 3rd. On August 7th, my babies, Isabella and Luisa, and I were put in a carrier and placed on the refrigerated truck Jessica drove from SDHS. Many people are questioning why my 4 day old babies and I were sent off to Tucson. I’m not sure where my babies are now and I miss them".
