
For the last 20 MONTHS, I have been suffering continuous HALF SALARY deductions despite being a permanent and confirmed employee of IIDL Suites / IFCI Infrastructure Development Limited.
I have regularly attended duty, and the management has full biometric and manual attendance records proving my presence. Yet, month after month, illegal salary deductions continue without any fair justification.
I was originally working in the Health Club & Spa department since 2013. After management decisions led to closure of spa services, I was forcefully shifted to unrelated work profiles against my designation and skills. When I raised my voice peacefully and requested fair treatment, instead of resolving the issue, the management started harassment through:
• Continuous salary deductions
• False allegations and charge sheets
• Mental pressure and humiliation
• Departmental inquiry by biased officers
• Financial discrimination
This is not just about salary anymore.
This is about dignity, labour rights, mental harassment, and misuse of authority against an employee who only demanded justice.
Due to these deductions:
• My family has suffered severe financial stress
• My child has been psychologically affected
• My savings and future security have been damaged
• I have been forced into legal proceedings simply to protect my rights
Even after multiple complaints, legal representations, RTI records, conciliation proceedings, and court action, the deductions have continued for TWENTY CONSECUTIVE MONTHS.
